Come hear Always Amel speak of his experience with AVP and Green Haven prison at the Housatonic Friends Meetinghouse on Sunday, March 29.
10:00 am Meeting for Worship. All are welcome.
11:15 am James Amel Russell ("Always Amel"), Morningside Friends Meeting--formerly at Green Haven Correctional Facility.
12:15 pm Potluck lunch will be provided by Housatonic Friends (We will appreciate RSVPs).

Directions to Housatonic Friends Meeting, 268 Danbury Road (Routes 7 & 202), New Milford, Connecticut.
If coming from the south: From Interstate 84: Take exit 7 to Route 7 North. Go 4.5 miles to where 7 joins Route 202. Turn right and continue North another 4.5 miles. Meetinghouse (on a bluff above the road) is on the left, just after the Red Barn at the intersection of Sullivan and Lanesville Roads and just after a traffic light.
If coming from the north: From Route 7 in New Milford: Go South on Route 7 for 2.8 miles from the junction with Route 202 (New Milford Bridge). Meetinghouse is on teh right just past a small cemetery and before the intersection of Sullivan and Lanesville Roads.
